Since starting to go to Dahl Ford as I had purchased a used vehicle from a private sale the gentleman told me to use Dahl Ford as the vehicle had always been serviced there. It was a good choice on my part to stay with Dahl Ford as the service is excellent.

I can't recommend Dahl Ford enough. After a check engine light came on, they were the only Ford dealer in the area willing to scan the code without an appointment to see if my truck was safe to drive. They quickly identified a single-cylinder misfire and confirmed it wasn't an immediate emergency. I scheduled the repair and a transmission flush for the following week. Was surprised at how helpful they were. Im a OG strieter motor guy with family ties. But Dahl stayed true to the no xx moto. Did have to wait a while for finance guy but they were really busy on that Saturday. Overall helpful and good experience.

The people there were very kind, especially compared to other locations. And they seemed very understanding of my financial situation, my only issue is they did sell me a car that had the check engine light activate on the first drive home, however they then also fixed it for free. So I am not at all cross, I just hope there are no other hidden problems and wish their mechanics would check more thoroughly before saying a used car is ready for sale
